Last night was amazing. For the first time in our history, we

Why is it that one person will take something and run with
it and someone else will fall on their face?

And can you somehow feel confident that you are getting
into a business that is right for you?

And how can you guard against all the "gurus" out there
peddling stuff that doesn't work?

Exhibit A is an email from Allen:

Why is it that most deals do not close? And what is your
justification for charging the fee when you will make
money anyway off of any deals that are brought to the table.
Also it may take 3-6 months or longer to even attempt to fund
the 100 deals you say you may have to go through to get the
one that does fund.

Allen, Allen, Allen...what do YOU think?

Most deals DO close?

Look, I told you yesterday, Allen, you can make $2000 or
$200,000 just by making an introduction.

The other side of that is that there is real work involved
here.

Maybe a few hours a week. Maybe 10 or 20 minutes
a day. Hopefully more than that but many have a
J-O-B, and this training is designed to work around that.

And you do NOT need to submit 100 deals. You just need
to follow my program and you will KNOW not to pursue
these deals. They count in the "100" you have to go
through first.

When you put your shingle out and say "I am helping to
source loans with hedge funds and direct lenders" you
get FLOODED with people with their hand out.

Every time I send an email, I get a deluge, I get
peppered with emails offering this or that.

Do you think these are gonna be GOOD deals?

Course not. That's how the funding business is. People
all of a sudden LOVE you. They want a piece of you.

They are your instant friend.

And most of their deals can't be done. That's life. And
always will be.

If you don't get that, then you don't get this business
of being a funding finder.

I know of one guy making 40 grand a WEEK in this
business. But most people starve because they lack the
KNOWLEDGE and they listened to the BS from the so-called
"gurus" and now they are sitting on their behinds and
waiting for the next course to buy and flame out with.

I am not interested in having you as a student, Allen,
if you do not realize:

3 - 6 months is NOTHING to get a real business off the
ground. A business that takes NONE of your own capital
other than a bit of training. NONE of your own credit.

A business where you could land a deal bringing you
$50,000 or more just by passing along a phone number?

And you are asking me to justify the cost of my program??

Why should I do that?

You are the one who has to determine
for YOURSELF if it is worth the clams or not. I can't do
that, it's up to YOU.

Is it WORTH it to gain a whole career, a new profession?

And the fact that I make clams as you make clams...that I
have a stake in your success, this is a BAD thing somehow?

'Nuff said on that.
